Job summary

Driscoll Health Plan in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an Epic Training Coordinator to lead coordination and administrative support of Epic training programs for end users across locations. You will work with the Epic Training Manager to schedule classes, manage logistics, and ensure thorough documentation and evaluation of trainings.

The role requires exceptional organizational, planning and communication skills, as well as strong customer service and onboarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Highly effective organizational and planning skills with use of electronic tools.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Detailed tracking, documentation and recordkeeping abilities are imperative.
• Effective teamwork within the Epic Training Team is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Epic training programs, resources and functions for all roles in all locations.
• Participate in onboarding teams and provide training updates.
• Plan, schedule, organize and monitor Epic training efforts and communicate with the Epic Training Manager.
• Coordinate physician training with Medical Staff Services for credentialing and onboarding.
• Manage computer classrooms and equipment usage and upkeep.
• Maintain documentation and recordkeeping for training attendees, curriculum materials and trainers.
• Adjust Epic training schedule to meet staffing needs.
• Support the Learning Management System and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and corporate compliance.
• This is primarily in-person with occasional remote work if team needs support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
