The Epic Training Manager at Children’s of Alabama will lead the Epic education program, overseeing design, delivery, and upgrade communications. You will collaborate with leaders and educators to ensure robust training for end users.

This role requires strategic and tactical planning, staff oversight of Training Coordinator and Principal Trainers, and ensuring departments are well-supported.

Competenze

• Essential: Bachelor's degree (S/B.A.); Nonessential: Master's degree.
• Essential: 5 years staff-level experience; 2 years supervisor-level experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee the Epic Training program at Children's of Alabama.
• Plan strategically and tactically; organize, staff, and lead Epic Training.
• Oversee Training Coordinator, Principal Trainers, and credentialed educators.
• Collaborate with leaders to deploy Epic Training to new end users.
