Nordic is seeking an EHR Site Specialist to work with Epic (CarePATH & ConnectCare) end users, identifying issues, training needs and opportunities to improve system use. You will design learning experiences, coach users, and align workflows with clinical and business goals across local and system-wide levels.

You’ll collaborate with IT, build knowledge resources, and deliver targeted interventions. Travel to sites is expected to support go-lives and ongoing optimization of Epic deployments in

Qualifications

• 2+ years using an EHR in a healthcare setting.
• Experience training and coaching end users on Epic.
• Ability to design learning experiences aligned with quality and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic training per onboarding and access management.
• Prioritize Epic requests and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop knowledge base and learning topics from trends.
• Collaborate with IT and I&T to resolve issues and support workflows.
