Job summary

Driscoll is seeking an Epic Training Coordinator to lead coordination and administrative support for Epic training programs across locations. The role handles classroom training, one-on-one sessions, event logistics and documentation management in a collaborative Epic Training Team.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and detail-oriented recordkeeping. Occasional remote work may be possible based on team needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Epic training programs, resources and functions for all locations.
• Routinely provides training updates to appropriate individuals and onboards teams.
• Plan, schedule, organize, and monitor Epic training efforts; communicate with the Epic Training Manager as needed.
• Coordinate physician training with Medical Staff Services for credentialing and onboarding.
• Facilitate use and management of computer classrooms and equipment; ensure upkeep.
• Maintain documentation and records for attendees, curriculum materials and trainers.
• Adjust training schedules to meet staffing needs and support the LMS.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and compliance guidelines.
• This is an in-person position with occasional opportunities to work remotely when supported by team needs.
• Perform other related work as required.
