Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
Proven track record of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with trips lasting 2–4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Be the first point of contact for staff and users during Epic transitions.
Oversee training from instructional design to development of materials and scenarios.
Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and training for client organizations.
Contribute to projects to improve Epic software usability.
