Job summary

STI is seeking an IT Deployment and Testing Technician in Black Mountain, NC. This role focuses on deploying computers and peripherals to support IT infrastructure and clinical systems, including Epic. Responsibilities include software installation, troubleshooting, and comprehensive testing of devices to ensure readiness for Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in IT, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. This full-time position may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of IT hardware deployment, troubleshooting, or similar experience.
• Preferred experience with Epic or other EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure computers and peripherals.
• Perform software installation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of devices for Epic.

Education
