Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into Epic configurations.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and SLAs.
• Ability to train end users and create clear documentation.
• Experience collaborating with IT and clinical teams on integrations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and design Epic build aligned to goals.
• Develop test plans, validate interfaces, and support deployments and hypercare.
• Create and maintain training materials and mentor junior analysts.
• Coordinate releases, environment moves, and downtime procedures for upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across modules.
