Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; healthcare IT experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in system/application analysis or related IT (healthcare preferred).
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of system/application analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and map workflows.
• Design Epic build aligned with operational goals and policy.
• Develop test plans, log defects, and coordinate resolutions.
• Coordinate release management and downtime procedures.
• Provide go-live support and post-live hypercare.
