We are a fast-growing healthcare consulting firm delivering end-to-end Epic implementation and optimization services to healthcare organizations nationwide. Our team of Epic-certified professionals helps providers unlock the full value of their EHR investments by blending deep system knowledge with clinical and operational expertise.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Epic Implementation Analyst to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of Epic experience including at least one full-cycle implementation, or 5+ years of Epic experience overall. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, validating, and deploying Epic modules across various client engagements. This is a client-facing role that requires a combination of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support Epic implementation activities from project initiation through go-live and post-live stabilization.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into Epic system configurations aligned with clinical workflows and business goals.
  • Perform system build, unit testing, integrated testing, and validation activities within Epic.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and application teams to drive solution delivery and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Epic best practices and client-specific standards during all phases of implementation.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and issue resolution during go-lives and optimizations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configuration, testing, and change control.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Epic Certification in at least one application (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient Orders, Radiant, Beaker, Resolute, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Epic experience with at least one full-cycle implementation, or 5+ years total Epic experience
  • Strong understanding of Epic system build, clinical workflows, and implementation lifecycle
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites if required (travel typically varies by project) for key project milestones
