Join us as a Business Systems Analyst and help elevate our environment with new capabilities like Engineering Change Management and Bill of Substance. Bring your expertise in Teamcenter architecture, coding, and large-scale project success to drive innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and global teams across Engineering and Supply Chain to enhance and support our system’s functionality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, Agile scrum environment and contribute to annual upgrades in a multi-tier landscape.

What You Will Do

• Upgrade Teamcenter annually.
• Lead implementation of document management functionality.
• Lead, architect, and implement Teamcenter’s Engineering Change Management.
• Lead, architect, and implement Teamcenter’s Bill of Substance.
• Implement active workspace globally.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Enterprise Architects on technical business needs in Teamcenter.
• Work with Siemens support to troubleshoot problems in Teamcenter.
• Partner with engineering to understand processes, improve efficiency, and create effective solutions.
• Work with service desk and tier-2 support to resolve production support issues.
• Provide guidance to tier-1 and tier-2 support so they can independently resolve issues in the future.

What You Will Bring

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 4-7 years with Siemens Teamcenter PLM software configuration.
• Preferred experience with Agile Scrum.
• Central Time Zone preferred.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
