Job summary

KAISER — Systems Administrator III, Health Systems in Pleasanton, California — is seeking an experienced professional to oversee system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Epic-based applications to ensure safe, high-quality care through EHR systems.

You will analyze clinical and business operations, document requirements, and coordinate with end users, third parties, and Epic staff to implement changes and maintain system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working with EPIC or comparable health system software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum three (3) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Supports stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems by monitoring systems and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provides first and second level support for enterprise systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
