Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced Epic platform leader to drive the enterprise Epic strategy and technical direction within a large healthcare setting. You will guide architecture, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations while partnering with clinical and operational leaders.

You’ll mentor analysts and engineers, shape roadmaps, and promote best practices across teams to deliver high-impact Epic initiatives and improved patient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic applications in healthcare environments.
• Experience leading initiatives involving clinical, operational, or patient-facing workflows.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, system analysis, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource for Epic applications and related healthcare technologies.
• Guide system design decisions, application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Evaluate Epic capabilities and recommend solutions that improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
• Support the ongoing evolution of Epic platforms through strategic planning and technical leadership.
• Mentor analysts and technical team members on Epic functionality, design principles, and best practices.
