You will partner with business and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, drive modernization, and mentor technical teams to deliver impactful Epic-based solutions that enhance patient care and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
- Experience leading Epic upgrades and optimization projects.
- Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical solutions.
- Strong communication across technical, clinical, and leadership stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide Epic platform leadership and technical direction for enterprise clinical applications.
- Define future-state architecture and technology roadmaps for Epic-enabled workflows.
- Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor analysts and engineers on Epic functionality and best practices.
- Drive governance, standards, and delivery processes for technology programs.
