Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a seasoned Epic Platform Leader to guide enterprise Epic workflows and translate clinical and operational needs into scalable technology solutions. You will influence roadmaps, drive platform modernization, and mentor technical teams across the organization.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize adoption, improve performance, and deliver high-impact initiatives that support patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic applications in a Healthcare environment.
• Experience leading initiatives involving clinical, operational, or patient-facing workflows.
• Progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities within application/clinical systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource for Epic applications and related healthcare technologies.
• Guide system design decisions, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Assess business challenges and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
