Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced healthcare technology leader to provide technical direction for Epic platforms and clinical workflows within a complex health system. You will guide architecture, evaluate capabilities, and mentor a team of analysts and engineers to deliver scalable, patient-centric solutions.

You'll partner with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to shape roadmaps, govern delivery, and drive improvements in adoption, performance, and interoperability across

Qualifications

• Background working with Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting, configuring, optimizing, or leading initiatives involving clinical, operational, or patient-facing workflows.
• Typically brings several years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities within application, clinical systems, infrastructure, or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, system analysis, solution design, and project delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success building relationships across business, clinical, and technology teams.
• Experience evaluating system impacts, identifying risks, and driving informed technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Epic Platform Leadership: serve as senior technical resource for Epic applications and related healthcare technologies.
• Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy: define future-state architecture and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to solve complex challenges.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Development: mentor analysts and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Delivery & Governance: contribute to governance and delivery processes across Epic initiatives.
