Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a senior technical leader to drive Epic platform leadership and enterprise healthcare technology initiatives. You will guide design decisions, upgrades, and integrations while aligning with business strategy and clinical workflows.

You will partner with operations, clinical stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor staff, and shape technology roadmaps for patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
• Experience leading initiatives involving clinical or patient-facing workflows.
• Progressive IT leadership experience across enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Epic platforms and related healthcare technologies.
• Define future-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical teams to solve complex challenges.
• Mentor analysts and engineers on Epic functionality and best practices.
