Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to drive architecture for STARS reporting, care coordination, and Healthy Planet initiatives. You will bridge Epic technical depth with value-based care knowledge, translating requirements into scalable Epic solutions across Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and risk adjustment workflows.
The role requires enterprise-level Epic leadership, governance participation, and collaboration with quality, compliance, and IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Health Informatics or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in healthcare IT with 5+ years focusing on Epic applications.
- Deep experience with Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and population health modules.
- Solid understanding of CMS STARS, HEDIS, and quality/risk reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Epic Healthy Planet architecture for STARS and quality reporting.
- Design scalable data models linking Clarity/Caboodle to STARS reporting needs.
- Lead integration between Epic population health tools and clinical/claims data.
- Partner with architecture and data teams on governance and interoperability goals.
- Oversee build vs. buy decisions for STARS/quality tools.
