Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of patrol or similar experience.
• Must have EMT or OEC certification based on resort requirements.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be proficient in English communication, writing, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Lead patrollers for day-to-day mountain patrol operations.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to drive daily projects.
• Foster a strong safety and guest-service culture within Patrol.
• Handle hiring paperwork, training assistance, and scheduling of seasonal patrollers.
