• Epic Cadence Certification and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Has full technical knowledge of applications analysis and supervises others.
• Assists in planning, organizing and controlling section activities.
• Interfaces with client management to identify complex business requirements and assist in design and testing.
• Coordinates activities with other IT sections (database, telecoms, operations, support).
• Acts as an expert technical resource to development staff through all development phases.
• Assists in supervision and may perform manager duties in absence of the Manager.
• May act as a project leader.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
