Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health and Services is seeking an Epic Security Analyst to administer, maintain, and support Epic security, user, and provider records. You will ensure caregivers have appropriate access while complying with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Work involves role-based provisioning, onboarding, data imports, and governance across Epic environments, partnering with Identity and Access Management and other teams to optimize testing, go-live readiness, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Epic accreditation or certification (must be kept up to date) within 90 days of hire
• 4 years of Industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administration, maintenance, and support of Epic security, user, and provider records to ensure caregivers have appropriate access to perform their responsibilities while maintaining compliance with organizational, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage role-based security provisioning, user onboarding, data imports, record maintenance, and access governance activities across Epic environments.
• Collaborate with Identity and Access Management, the Service Desk, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues, improve processes, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
