Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Epic accreditation or certification (must be kept up to date) within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Epic security, user, and provider records to ensure proper access.
• Collaborate with Identity and Access Management, Service Desk, and stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing Epic operations in a healthcare setting.
