Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks an Epic Security Analyst to ensure caregivers have proper access while maintaining privacy and regulatory compliance. You will administer Epic security, onboarding, data imports, and RBAC provisioning, partnering with IAM, Service Desk, and project teams for testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, Epic accreditation, 4 years of related experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Services, or equivalent.
• Epic accreditation or certification within 90 days of hire.
• 4 years of industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Epic security, user, and provider records.
• Manage role-based security provisioning, onboarding, data imports, and access governance.
• Collaborate with Identity and Access Management, Service Desk, and project teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations.
• Improve processes, automation, data integrity, and provide high-quality customer experience.
