Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent.
Epic accreditation or certification (must be kept up to date) within 90 days of hire.
4 years of Industry related experience.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support Epic security, user, and provider records to ensure appropriate access.
Manage role-based security provisioning, onboarding, data imports, and access governance across Epic environments.
Collaborate with Identity and Access Management, Service Desk, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues and improve processes.
Support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations for Epic deployment and optimization projects.
Deliver high-quality customer experience with data integrity and efficiency.
