Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in ambulatory care.
• Experience providing technical training or end-user support for IT systems.
• Strong data-driven decision making and Excel data analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate across clinics, IT, and operations.
• Familiarity with scheduling workflows and provider templates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clinic leadership to improve ambulatory access KPIs.
• Provide Epic scheduling training and coaching for staff; maintain training materials.
• Deliver first-line technical support for Epic scheduling; manage tickets.
• Analyze capacity data; partner with leaders to optimize operations and space.
• Represent Access and Innovation in committees and project teams.
