Qualifications

• 2–5 years of healthcare scheduling, patient access, provider coordination, or medical office experience.
• Strong Epic scheduling experience required.
• Experience managing provider schedules and patient appointments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infusion treatments and patient appointments.
• Maintain provider schedules in Epic.
• Manage scheduling/referral work queues.
• Assist with insurance verification and authorizations.
• Provide telephone support and support patient records and administrative workflows.
