Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an experienced Epic RTE Analyst to design, build and optimize Real-Time Eligibility workflows within Epic. The role focuses on implementing, configuring and maintaining RTE processes and supporting upgrades and enhancements.

You will collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, vendors, and IT to deliver reliable eligibility verification solutions and mentor teammates in Epic best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) implementation and maintenance.
• Leadership of Epic enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvements.
• Translating business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
• Ability to guide design/build/test/validation/deployment activities.
• Troubleshooting eligibility verification issues and incident resolution.
• Mentoring teammates on Epic functionality and change management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Patient Access users to design, build, test, and optimize Epic RTE workflows.
• Perform Epic RTE implementation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support.
• Translate business requirements into Epic system solutions.
• Lead enhancements, upgrades, and workflow optimizations.
• Participate in design, build, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Configure and maintain RTE-related workflows and system components.
• Troubleshoot eligibility issues and resolve incidents.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, vendors, and IT.
• Provide SME on Epic RTE functionality and best practices.
• Mentor team members on Epic workflows and change management.
