Mediant Health Resources is seeking an Interim Director for Epic Patient Access & Revenue Cycle Applications in the United States. This 6-month engagement calls for strategic and operational leadership over Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications, including roadmap development and large-scale implementations.

Responsibilities include leading application teams, lifecycle management, and partnering with clinical and financial leaders to ensure compliant, efficient revenue cycle

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications, overseeing design, implementation, optimization, and support
• Lead and develop application teams, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning
• Own Epic system lifecycle (build, testing, upgrades) and drive large-scale implementations and optimization initiatives
• Partner with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance, HIM, Compliance, and Clinical leaders to align systems with business, compliance, and financial goals
• Ensure end-to-end revenue cycle functionality across scheduling, registration, billing, claims, denials, and revenue integrity workflows
• Establish application roadmaps, manage vendors/integrations, and drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across system
