Mediant Health Resources seeks Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultants to lead complex revenue cycle programs in the United States. You will drive implementations and optimizations across front, mid, and back-end workflows, partnering with client teams and vendors to achieve outcomes.

Experience with Epic and MEDITECH, including Resolute HB and Expanse/Dream, is required. This is a 6-month engagement emphasizing delivery, training, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MEDITECH and Epic revenue cycle experience in large-scale deployments.
• Experience across front, mid, and back-end workflows.
• Ability to configure, test, and deploy Epic and MEDITECH modules.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue cycle implementations and optimizations using Epic and/or MEDITECH across front, mid, and back-end workflows.
• Analyze current-state processes and design system-enabled future-state solutions to improve performance.
• Configure, test, and deploy Epic (e.g., Resolute HB) and/or MEDITECH (Expanse/Dream) applications and reporting.
• Support training, go-live readiness, command center operations, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with client stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive outcomes.
