Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification required.
• At least five years of Epic Resolute Professional Billing/Claims experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Epic implementations and/or Community Connect is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites (e.g., Mississippi).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for Resolute Professional Billing/Claims with milestone-driven delivery.
• Collaborate with project team and revenue cycle stakeholders to ensure integration with workflows.
• Coordinate build and testing with third-party systems for compatibility and functionality.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training sessions throughout the project.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project leadership on status and milestones.
