Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification in Resolute Hospital Billing is required.
• Epic Data Courier badge is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic build experience, high-complexity focus on Resolute module.
• Experience building/testing workflows in Epic Resolute for Claims (professional/hospital).
• Strong understanding of Resolute workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced application support and build skills with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic components in Resolute Hospital Billing.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and operations to analyze workflows and translate needs into Epic configuration.
• Perform QA, unit and integrated testing for reliability and standards.
• Troubleshoot issues spanning configuration, workflows, interfaces, and databases.
• Monitor performance and support stability, upgrades, and optimization.
• Develop application-specific enhancements and reports for clinical and operational priorities.
• Create and maintain build specs and system documentation for change control and knowledge transfer.
• Provide operational support and participate in go-live readiness and stabilization.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior analysts.
