4+ years of subject matter expertise in relevant healthcare applications.
4+ years of experience with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and process improvement.
2+ years of Epic experience with direct client-facing experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
