The Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst II at VHC Health in Alexandria, VA serves as the primary support contact and expert for the Epic Resolute application. You will configure, build and install the application, and coordinate all issues during the build phase while training end users.

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, or business, or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with healthcare technology systems.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing design, configuration, and build in a real-time environment.
• Must have demonstrated experience implementing financial and administrative systems including patient accounting, billing, claims processing, managed care, and decision support.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and documentation skills.
