You will review Epic release notes, partner with operations to analyze workflows, and resolve complex build issues while delivering timely, accurate technology support to users.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years IT healthcare experience.
• Epic Certification required within 45 days of HHCS training.
• 2+ years in IT; 1+ year hospital/healthcare experience.

Mansioni

• Prioritize Epic billing module and assist with Resolute updates.
• Review Epic release notes to optimize hospital and professional billing.
• Serve as go-to analyst for complex build issues and workflow analysis with operations.
