Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a senior Reporting Business Analyst to join our Data and Analytics Team. You will assess analytic needs, translate requirements into RW SQL reports, Dashboards with Radar, and support self-service tools like Slicer Dicer and Qlik Sense.

Expect collaboration with leadership and ongoing modernization of reporting assets. You will mentor junior analysts, manage multiple initiatives, and align business requirements with analytic solutions to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree plus education may be considered.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with BI and analytic reporting software; EPIC Reporting Workbench and Radar dashboards; strong SQL; data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains service-oriented support for reporting needs and SLAs.
• Creates standard or custom reports and dashboards using Epic Cogito tools or Qlik Sense.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define data requirements and validation of reports.
• Mentors junior team members on technical and functional areas.
• Plans retirement of legacy tools and adopts RW SQL, Qlik, and newer technologies.
