Job summary

Baptist Health Care is seeking an Epic Data Courier/Environment Release Coordinator to oversee promotion, migration, validation, and coordination of Epic changes across all environments. You will act as a liaison among application, technical, training, testing, and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant deployments and post-release validation.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3 years of experience supporting Epic applications or related health IT platforms.
• 1 year of change management and software deployment experience is required.
• 1 year with Epic Data Courier and environment management is preferred.
• 1 year coordinating production releases in a complex healthcare setting is preferred.
• Epic certification or the ability to obtain certification within a defined timeframe is required.
• ITIL Foundation or Project Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Epic release activities across development, testing, training, validation, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise release calendars and deployment schedules.
• Facilitate release planning meetings with Epic teams and stakeholders; ensure approvals are completed prior to migration.
• Administer Epic Data Courier processes and validate packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor environment readiness, outages, and governance; support testing cycles and deployment stability.
