Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Memphis seeks an Enterprise Change & Release Manager (BTS) to lead enterprise change governance, Epic releases, and major incident response, ensuring stability across the Epic ecosystem and IT environment.

You will coordinate change CABs, drive testing cycles, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Epic Application, Technical Services, Infrastructure, and operations teams to improve reliability and clinical safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in change management or IT operations. (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years supporting tier 1 environments or managing software releases.
• Experience leading major incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• ITIL certification preferred; Epic certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise change processes, CAB meetings, risk assessments, and change calendars.
• Lead Epic quarterly releases, upgrades, environment refreshes, and testing cycles.
• Oversee major incident response, facilitate incident bridges, and communicate with leadership during outages or critical events.
• Direct problem management activities, including root cause analysis, trend identification, and long-term remediation.
• Partner with Epic Application, Technical Services, Infrastructure, and operational teams to ensure readiness and system reliability.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for change, incident, and problem management.
