Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an Analyst III to be the primary support contact for the organization’s applications. You will troubleshoot tickets and manage project assignments across defined application areas while staying highly knowledgeable about Tanner Health’s policies, procedures, and business operations.

Ideal candidates will have three years of related experience and Epic certification(s) in the relevant area of support, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and ongoing certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related experience.
• Epic certification(s) in area of support preferred; if lapsed, must be achieved within 90 days.
• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Analyst level and role-specific qualifications per IT Analyst Ladder policy.

Responsibilities

• The Analyst III is the primary support contact for the application and troubleshoots tickets.
• They work project assignments for their application areas.
• They must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.
