Qualifications

- Epic Cadence/Referrals/Prelude certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support, maintenance and configuration per procedures.
- Identify, analyze and resolve complex data and system issues.
- Lead small teams and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
- Gather requirements, develop specs, and review documentation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
- May provide 24/7 on-call support.
- Mentor staff and coach peers; travel to CHOP locations as needed.
