Job summary

WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking a Receptionist to welcome residents, family members and visitors, and to answer phones professionally. The role includes routing calls, scheduling for administrative staff, and maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility information.

The position offers starting wages of $15.15 per hour with yearly wage increases and a flexible part-time schedule (15-20 hours per week), including some weekend shifts, plus competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing, as needed.
