Job summary

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with modern technology and application support through education or practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrates understanding of information technology fundamentals (SDLC) and applies it to IT work in a healthcare department.
  • Epic certification or willingness to obtain Epic certification as required.
  • standby status rotation within the team may be required.
  • Experience in healthcare, radiology, imaging services, or healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and troubleshooting Epic Radiant issues.
  • Assisting with system build, testing, and maintenance.
  • Analyzing and improving radiology workflows.
  • Collaborating with end users and operational leaders.
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge management.
  • Second and Third Level Support, triaging issues and elevating as needed.
  • Contributing to project tasks and milestones under supervision.
  • Understanding the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Maintaining data confidentiality and data quality.
  • Reviewing and validating existing processes.
