Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Systems Analyst - Team Lead for Epic Radiant to lead a high-impact radiology IT team in a large, complex healthcare environment. You will oversee integrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives with hands-on involvement.

Mentor analysts, coordinate with radiologists, technologists and imaging leadership, and ensure delivery of reliable, secure clinical systems that support patient care.

Qualifications

• Epic Radiant Certification is required or to be obtained within a defined timeframe.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end radiology workflows.
• Experience partnering with radiologists, technologists, and imaging leadership.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations / go-lives, upgrades, integrations, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-to-Day Execution of Radiant IT Workstreams
• Serve as Primary Point of Contact for the Radiant Team
• Coaches/mentors Analysts and conducts performance evaluations
• Manage Cross-Team and Vendor Coordination
• Oversee Analyst Workload & Schedule
• Design and document system procedures to support business applications
• Ensure data integrity and secure information handling
• Demonstrate clear written and oral communications
