Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant analyst to provide day-to-day support for Epic Radiant with a focus on Interventional Radiology workflows. You will collaborate with radiologists, IR physicians, technologists, nurses, and operational leaders to identify and implement workflow improvements.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Radiant Certification with 3+ years of experience in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

Epic Radiant Certification is required.
3+ years of Epic Radiant analyst experience in healthcare.
Experience with Interventional Radiology workflows and operations.
Strong understanding of radiology scheduling, orders, workflows, documentation, and charge capture.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Epic Radiant workflows.
Collaborate with radiologists, IR physicians, technologists, nurses and leaders to improve workflows.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and incidents.
Perform build, configuration, testing and maintenance within Epic Radiant.
Support Epic upgrades and quarterly releases and enhancements.
Gather requirements and translate into system solutions.
Develop and execute test scripts for changes.
Root cause analysis and long-term solutions recommendations.
Partner with Epic teams (Cadence, Cupid, Orders, MyChart) as needed.
Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory alignment.
Participate in on-call and production support.
