Sanford Health Marshfield seeks a Clinical Applications Support Analyst to maintain and improve clinical information technologies, focusing on Epic Radiant and Cupid. You will analyze data to guide clinical decisions and support radiology/cardiology workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates Degree in a clinical field or at least three years of clinical experience in their specialty preferred.
• Previous experience in Information Technology is preferred.
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of date of hire and completed within three attempts.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies to support clinical practice.
• Support Epic Radiant and Cupid applications.
• Provide Tier Two/high level of customer service and promote teamwork.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL philosophies and adapt to changing assignments.
