• Minimum 5 years of Epic Analyst experience with Radiant focus.
• Proven application leadership experience overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Supervisory or management experience to motivate a team.
• Radiant Certification is required.
• Cupid Certification is strongly desired.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical application systems and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Preparing detailed specifications encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis.
• Providing customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Supervising a team of 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources within the clinical applications team.
• Leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex issues and foster innovation within the team.
