The PM will lead multiple Epic projects, driving clinical documentation strategy and execution across diverse stakeholder groups, with senior-level leadership across evolving project scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management within healthcare IT or Epic environments.
• Strong experience with Epic across clinical/documentation modules.
• Proven ability to collaborate with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Epic projects, focusing on clinical documentation and related workflows.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders, providers, revenue cycle teams, and analysts to define scope and delivery plans.
• Oversee project lifecycle from inception through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation success across evolving project scopes.
• Onboard quickly into a growing program and provide senior-level leadership across initiatives.
