Job summary

Piper Companies in the Philadelphia area seeks an Epic Project Manager to lead Epic implementations across clinical, revenue cycle, ambulatory, and other healthcare environments. The role focuses on managing full project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful delivery of Epic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT project leadership, proven Epic experience, and familiarity with Epic domains such as Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Ambulatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management, Implementation Management, or related leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, deployments, upgrades, or large-scale Epic initiatives.
• Familiarity with Epic areas such as Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Ambulatory, Provider, Beaker, Willow, or Beacon.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of Epic implementations, initiatives, upgrades, and migrations.
• Manage Epic projects across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Ambulatory, and other areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align project goals.
• Develop project plans, facilitate meetings, and report milestones to leadership.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies for delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on multiple Epic and healthcare application projects.
