Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager with Epic focus to support a healthcare organization’s enterprise clinical systems and long-term Epic initiatives. This hybrid role in the Greater Philadelphia area leads multiple Epic projects, driving clinical documentation strategy across diverse stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare IT project management with strong Epic experience; a Bachelor's degree is required and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in healthcare IT or Epic environments.
• Strong Epic experience across clinical documentation and/or procedural modules.
• Proven ability to collaborate with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Epic projects focusing on clinical and procedural documentation workflows.
• Define scope, requirements, and delivery plans with clinical stakeholders and revenue cycle teams.
• Oversee lifecycle from inception to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation success.
• Onboard quickly into a growing program and provide senior leadership.
