Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on Epic to support a healthcare organization focused on enterprise clinical systems and long-term Epic initiatives. The role is hybrid in the Greater Philadelphia area, leading multiple Epic projects and driving clinical documentation strategy across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within healthcare IT or Epic environments.
• Strong experience with Epic, particularly across clinical documentation and/or procedural documentation modules.
• Proven ability to work with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Epic projects, with a focus on clinical documentation, procedure documentation, and related workflows.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders, providers, revenue cycle teams, and analysts to define scope, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Oversee project lifecycle from inception through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, SlicerDicer resources, and clinical staff to drive implementation success.
• Quickly onboard into a growing program, providing senior-level leadership and direction across evolving project scopes.
