Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an Epic Project Manager to lead Epic implementations for a leading healthcare system in the greater Philadelphia area. The role focuses on delivering cross-functional Epic initiatives across clinical, revenue cycle, ambulatory, and other enterprise environments.

You will oversee full lifecycle Epic projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project management or related leadership
• Proven Epic implementations experience
• Experience in Epic Clinical/Revenue Cycle/Ambulatory areas
• Healthcare IT knowledge in hospital systems

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Epic implementations and upgrades
• Manage Epic projects across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Ambulatory, Provider, Beaker, Willow, Beacon
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and drive alignment
• Develop project plans, facilitate meetings, track milestones, report status
• Identify risks, manage issues and dependencies, mitigate to ensure delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and concurrent Epic projects
