Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications.
• 5+ years proven experience in Information Services or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of leadership and staff management experience.
• Experience leading IT staff in in-person and remote environments.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong understanding of Epic functionality and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of IT strategy for enterprise health information technology applications.
• Own upcoming Epic road map features and vet with leadership.
• Oversee implementation of Epic applications and related solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritization across teams.
• Direct Epic program projects and daily operations across BILH.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
